Claims Enterprise (CE) is our claims management software system. CE offers comprehensive reporting through two key modules:

Report Module:

• Standard and custom reports meeting client requirements
• Full data access for tailored report creation and design

Distribution Module:

• Schedules automated email delivery of reports to designated recipients
• Supports both client data extracts and internal management reporting
• Enhances team productivity and accuracy through consistent delivery

Digital Incident and Claim Reporting

Qual-Lynx has four Digital online claim reporting forms available to report claims:

• Auto Liability (AL)
• General Liability (GL)
• Property (PR)
• Workers' Compensation (WC)

Coverage-specific reporting forms are available to Digital account users based on insured needs. All claim reporting forms are survey style questionnaires to capture essential incident information for the relevant coverage type.
